Booking Form CONFIRMATION
Thanks for booking our services, please read the info below to know what to expect.
ARRIVAL WINDOW
We will arrive within the arrival window for your booking provided that there are no unforeseen circumstances like accidents, weather, etc. If we’re running late, we’ll shoot you a call.
CANCELLATIONS
Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes 48hrs before the day before service to avoid incurring cancellation fee for each cleaner (a $60.00 cancellation fee will be applied for each cleaning person booked for this booking).
HAPPINESS
If you are not happy with your service at all, let us know right away (the same day if possible) and we will be back to make it right.
BILLING
A hold will be placed on your card one day before service, but you are not charged until service is completed and you will receive an email invoice instantly. Please note that some banks show this hold as a charge, but it is just pre-authorization.
