Sunlight Cleaning Inc. which owns this website, which operates this website (collectively, “Company,” “we” or “us”), reserve the right to change this website and these Terms of Use at any time without notice to you by posting such changes to this website. We offer flat rate pricing based on how large is the space you would like us to clean. Though the pricing may change if the area turns out to be larger than talked over the phone. We allow you to change the estimate, but that will waive the guarantee ( see below)


We require a credit or debit card on file to schedule an appointment with us.
You will be charged only after the cleaning has been completed
We may charge a cancellation fee of $50 in case if you cancel the appointment during the 24 hours of the appointment.
We may charge a $25 late fee if your card will be declined and not let us charge you.


We offer a full guarantee that your space will be clean after we are completed with the cleaning. We also offer a free re-clean of the areas that were missed during the first cleaning.

This guarantee does not apply if :

You let us know 48 hours after the cleaning has been completed.
You were present during the cleaning and were happy with the work done by our cleaners.
You changed the estimate that we made on our website or by phone.
