Have Sunlight Cleaning Services provide the Supplies? Am I responsible for the supplies?
No, you are not. Our company provides all the supplies that will be used by our cleaners, which include vacuums and mops. If there is a surface that you would like us to use specific products for please let us know in advance and our company will be able to provide that.
Should I be present during the cleaning?
This is completely up to you. Some clients choose to be home to overlook the process, some choose to continue with their daily routine and then come back at the end of the day when the cleaning has been completed. However, if you choose to not be present, please let us know how we can enter the premises.
Will my pets be an issue?
We have no issues with pets, but they have to be under supervision because we do not know if the pet will be scared of the sound of the vacuum and we would like to avoid any accidents occurring with pets and our cleaners.
Are tips included in the bill?
No the tips are not included, and if you wish to tip your cleaners, please do so by cash directly to the cleaner, please do not include your tips into the bill, because that will create confusion and misunderstandings. However, if you forgot to tip your cleaners, you can ask us to charge your card for that tip and we will make sure that the cleaners get it.
What If I need to reschedule or cancel?
You can do so over the phone, or by email.
Are there cancellations fees?
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment there will be a $50 fee. If you call and cancel ahead of this time there will be no fee.
What if my home needs more time to be worked on?
Our estimates usually cover the entire house and everything is completed as planned. However, if you feel that our estimator was wrong you can always add extra hours.
Do you accept special requests?
Yes, we do. If there is anything specific you would like us to clean a certain way please let us know ahead of time, before the cleaning has started so there are no misunderstandings or issues. We are more than happy to help you reach your goal of a clean environment around you.
Is your company insured?
Yes, our company is insured and if anything goes wrong during the cleaning you as a client don’t have anything to be worried about.
Are your workers insured?
All of our workers are individually insured and they are trained professionally to do what they do best, and that is clean.
Do you do contracts?
Our company doesn’t do contracts, but we are open to making a schedule if you would like to order us on the weekly, or monthly basis

How will I know what time to choose?”
Appointment times are Monday through Sunday, from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm and we – Sunlight Cleaning Service will be in touch in less than 1 hour (during business hours) to confirm if this date and time works.
What does it cost to clean my home?
We operate on a flat rate basis given the number of bedrooms, and we also offer hourly services. For most standard sized home cleanings, please see our price rates – here.
